Team training exists to serve high school, college, and national golf teams. This training consists of two options: teams of up to 8 golfers and teams of 9-16 golfers.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The program consists of a three tiered approach towards golf conditioning:
Level 1- IN SEASON: The Level 1 conditioning component includes corrective exercise strategies, flexibility training, golf specific stability training. Goal: stabilize core, increase range of motion, increase balance to handle increased swing speed.
Level 2 – OFF SEASON: Level 2 conditioning continues our performance based programming with a progressive approach towards active/dynamic flexibility, integrated golf specific stability/strength training. Goal: build rotational strength and stability, increase strength and endurance in your game.
Level 3- PRE SEASON: Level 3continues conditioning through golf specific strength and power training. Goal: generate more speed for distance, adding consistent swing pattern power
